Welcome to the first issue. Every week I'll send one practical way to put AI to work in your business — no jargon, no hype, no 60-page decks.
This week: the smallest useful start
Most people wait for the "right" AI project. Don't. Pick one task you did more than three times last week and hand it to a model. That's the whole move.
Three steps
- Name the task. Write down one repetitive thing — a reply you always send, a summary you always write.
- Draft the prompt once. Get the model to do it well a single time.
- Save it where you'll find it. A note, a saved prompt, a shortcut. Reuse beats perfection.
Do that with one task this week and you'll feel the difference. Do it with five and you've quietly rebuilt how you work.
Reply and tell me the first task you picked — I read everything.
